This company ruined my life

Car Mania JHB car hit my car at the back around February. The driver had no driver license but I car belongs to Car Mania JHB. I did follow-ups with the Manager Ishmael and he asked to send a letter of demand which is written by my lawyer aand I sent , but he acted as he never received any letter and never bother to fix damage.
