I made a withdrawal then it was declined by bank, when I made a follow-up I were told the money was sent to Capitec while my banking details is African Bank. I were told the money will be returned within 24 hours but still nothing has been done. I am so frustrated about the way you are handling customers and you always don't take queries too serious. Security issues is one of my concern because you can't send money to incorrect bank while you have the correct banking details stored in your side. Different feedback is what I recieved for different Supervisors.
I am extremely disappointed with how Dstv manages my account subscription without my consent. I was on Compact package but the upgraded without my consent to Premium package. I called them then they said it will be changed on the next payment, I checked on the next payment date but nothing changed. I am now unable to reconnect as I cannot pay a package which I never signed for, they said it was a bonus but my question still stands as "was there any agreement".

The driver had no driver license but the car belongs to Car Mania JHB, and my question is how could a company give vehicle to someone who has no driver's license. I did follow-ups with the Manager Ishmael and he asked me to send a letter of demand which is written by my lawyer and I sent , but he acted as he never received any letter and never bother to fix the damage.

I never experienced such a very unprofessional service ever. Your service consultant full of lies and empty promises. I don't think you truly understand the word "Escalation", stop robbing people and payback the money. I am still waiting for my missing 7000 which got missing since 10th of May. I logged the request to your team but still you have not paid off the money. Stop giving excuses of IT department because a 1st call issue cannot take days to be fixed. I have been in calls for more than thousands times, bring back my money so I can close off your account because you have no care to your customers.
I made a deposit using PayFast but the amount is not yet allocated. I have sent the proof of payment to deposit team.
I made withdrawals on 28 February 22, I split the amounts to avoid delays of approval as I was previously told there's an approval process which needs to be followed, I have not yet recieved some of my withdrawals.
I am extremely disappointed with how your team failed to resolve an issue which was sent to you on the 5th February but till today there's no solution. I made a deposit on Friday 4th February using PayFast and on Saturday 5th I sent proof of payment but still the amount is not yet allocated.
I reported 3 deposits which never reflected, but still there's no help from Hollywoodbets. I am so sick and tired of their service.
