Louis - Worst Customer Service Ever

Louis at your Benoni Branch is the most useless person I have ever dealt with at ANY Car Service City.

I have always taken my car back. I WILL NEVER RETURN to this ****hole as long as he is in charge.

He has had my car since Wednesday and still hasn't done jack ****. I told him I need to claim through my motor extender and every time I phone for the documents I get the same "in the next 30 minutes". But never receive it.

Now eventually at 5 on a Friday I get HALF OF WHAT I REQUESTED. I asked him for a written report, nothing!!!!!!!!

I get told he did nothing with my car because the workshop is over full and he needed to keep ot mobile to move around.

If you actually did your ****ing job properly my car would have been out of there today.

Where is my report Louis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have asmed how many times. I have called no less than seven times. You are not there to work. Just to sit on your **** and earn a salary doing nothing.
