These people just take money from my account left right and centre as they please. I had a PL with them which I settled within two months. Yesterday they took money from my account again. R1700 and this after I received a settlement confirmation from them stating they will take no further funds and insurance has been cancelled. The last outstanding amount was R900. So even IF I settled it to late for the DO to be stopped why was the debit order for R800 more than what was outstanding. I will be very careful when dealing with this bank. They don't have a clue what they are doing. Your money is not safe with them. I will definitely be closing the account I have with them. They are not trustworthy. I wonder how long I will have to beg to get my money back.
Terribly inconsiderate and probably just money hungry. I planned my whole Valentines day on a train trip to Railways to go have lunch only to get informed this morning that they will only be serving Prego Rolls and Chips. We don't eat Bread and my Girlfriend doesn't eat potatoes either. I phoned to ask if we can get chicken fillets and Salad at least which is easy to prepare. They were just not interested. This after I have stuggled to get hold of them via email and WhatsApp numerous times. I understand masses of people and needing to plan, but where is your vegetarian options? Where is your options for people who don't eat starch. Your planning is absolutely NOT up to scratch. I regularly visit then and attend the poem nights with kaalwoorde. I won't be returning.
So Multiple of my Channels which I watch are Falling away 31 December. I just entered into another price lock and they were not transparent about how many channels will be falling away. I want to know the consequences of cancelling. Why should I pay 1000 a month for something I can't use. Literally 85% of the stuff I wat is on Food network. I Refuse to pay penalties. I will get lawyers involved if I have to. What is your suggestion Multichoise/DSTV. How will we resolve this.
I am so effing tired of Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset finance. Honestly I am at wots end and don't know *** to do with then anymore. In November last year I got contacted by them saying that my account is in arrears with R200. I don't k ow how this is possible because they take the premium every month via debit order and the debit order has never failed. There is always funds available. I didn't feel like raising my blood pressure because of R200 so I just paid it. Two days later the money got reversed. Naturally my blood pressure rose and I contacted them to get some amswers. I dealt with a person called Gorden Bila. He assured me all was in order. The reversal of the R200 was correct because I was never in arrears. Comes December, the debit order never went of on the 28th. Because it is December I give it a day or two to see what happens, nothing. I phone them again. The debit order was declined by my bank (also Standard Bank) due to the debit amount being more than the mandate. After a huge argument I get them to do a manual debit order and the payment goes off. On the 6th or there about I get a threatening sms my car is in arrears. I lose my **** and phone agaim, because I tried to email Gorden, he ignore all my mails, the lady confirms payment was received but because it is a manual debit order it takes a couple of days to capture. I ask het if the January debit order is now in place and everything is fine on their side for it to go off. She assures me it is. Today is the 28th and the debit order didn't go off again. I mean what the actual f..... How in the life am I going to get this sorted out. These people are absolutely useless. I honestly give up. I don't know what to do anymore. They are ****ing with my credit score and I am not appreciative of that. What is the next step? Legal action against them? I am going to pull a credit report tomorrow and see what November and December says. I am not leaving this here. I honestly cant anymore. What is a person supposed to do. I would highly advise against dealing with these people. They are taking a toll on my mental state. I am at wits end with them.
Please don't be as dumb as me and move to Vodacom. I am sitting with a mount of regret amd sitting in one sticky **** situation. I ordered Home Internet online in the Middle of December already. It was never been delivered. I have been trying to cancel it without any success. Every time I phone, they tell me the contract still shows open, then I log another cancelation and every time they tell me it takes 4 days. After 4 days I phone and the contract is still open. I work from home. I am starting work Wednesday, I have no internet and don't want to risk going to take out another contract somewhere before this one is canceled and I end up with two. This is ridiculous. The service is appalling. I am at wits end. I don't know what to do anymore. I even tried going into the store and they can't help because they say in store and online have different systems. Don't make the mistake I made. You will regret it. My anxiety is on the next level. I don't know what to do anymore.
I moved over to Vodacom. Cancelled all 3 my contracts with MTN and moved to Vodacom. A decision it seems I will come to regret heavily. They use SkyNet for delivery. SkyNet has been holding my Wifi hostage. I receive a delivery sms with a pin every single morning and then at night get an sms saying delivery failed. They have not been at my house once to make the delivery. You can't get hold of them via any of the platform. When you phone Vodacom to get help they tell you it is out of their control. Is it really? You can change Couriers. Go check all the SkyNet reviews and how people are struggling, yet you choose to stick with them. I need the wifi to work and for my security system at home. I am seriously considering canceling before I even receive the wifi.
They have been sitting with my Vodacom wifi for a week. Every morning I get a pin because it is out for delivery yet they never deliver it then send an sms delivery failed. I never received any call that they are at the gate. I need the wifi for work and my security system. They don't answer phones. They don't answer Whatsapp. They don't answer online chats. How the hell is a person supposed to get hold of them and get your stuff. What a useless courier company.
I went to the Benoni branch for the Free Safety check. I specifically told the guy that my one tyre goes down. He literally just looked at the tyre and sain, thread is fine. Probably a valve malfunction. Didn't look for any puncture nothing. Then took me inside to go charge me R105 for the "Free check". The tyre is still going down. Is this how you do Safety checks to give people piece of mind. I told him I am going to Ballito and need to know everything is fine. What a disgrace.
I am extremely upset with your lack of communication on your social media platforms. I am a huge supporter of the tournament and attended almost every game in Johannesburg AND Centurion last year, yet when you ask questions you just get ignored which leaves an extreme bad taste in my mouth. I will most certainly not Beg you to let me support the tournament. You are obviously taking the success of the tournament to head and feel a **** for your supporters. I registered for the pre-sales of tickets and since then I have been asking and asking and asking until I am blue in the face, which tickets are the Party Zone tickets. I don't want to purchase the wrong tickets. I have been ignored for months, by you and by Castle Light, who did the party zone last year. It's absolute disgusting treatment of die hart supporters. I guess we will just stay at home and Maybe if you are lucky we will watch it on TV, As it is all the office park parking tickets at Wanderers has been sold out and I missed out on those because of your terrible communication and treating your supporters like ****. What a shame.
I would not recommend anyone to do Vehicle Finance through Standard Bank. They ****** up your credit score. They have been harassing me for R180 that is in arrears on one of my vehicles. How exactly can one be in arrears when payments go off by debit order. I don't pay my vehicles manually. They take the funds by debit order every month, and the debit orders always goes off. Now they have give me a bad rating on my credit score because of an arrears amount of R180. I have no idea where it comes from. Obviously somewhere they didn't take the right amount or something and now it is reflecting as a Red Flag on my credit score. Do not go through these *****s. They don't know what the hell they are doing.
