Poor No Service_Car Service City

I get shivers down my to even give 1 star. Had an absolutely terrible experience at car service city Boksburg, their customer service is non-existent. They made false accusations towards my insurer, **** to me and customer service is non existence. The only communication was one way from my side. It's been one week now and yet nothing was done.

Car City Holdings are even worse, they did not apologise or offer any form of compensation or show any kind of remorse, instead I was asked to refrain from sending mails to staff at Head Office. They refused to put anything said in black and white. As a customer, I feel so upset and treated like a fool, I cannot even use words to express it, I would not recommend visiting this branch or deal with Car City Holdings as they are so unfriendly and insulting.
