Poor Bad_Car Service City
I get shivers down my to even give 1 star. Had an absolutely terrible experience at car service city Boksburg, their customer service is non-existent. They made false accusations towards my insurer, **** to me and customer service is non existence. The only communication was one way from my side. It's been one week now and yet nothing was done. Car City Holdings are even worse, they did not apologise or offer any form of compensation or show any kind of remorse, instead I was asked to refrain from sending mails to staff at Head Office. They refused to put anything said in black and white. As a customer, I feel so upset and treated like a fool, I cannot even use words to express it, I would not recommend visiting this branch or deal with Car City Holdings as they are so unfriendly and insulting.

Poor Customer Service
I have never experienced such poor after customer care. The only way to get hold of them was to enquire about their products as a new customer. After 5 weeks it cost me a trip to H/O to speak to someone. They collected a faulty inverter from us with no feedback for 5 weeks. After my phone call Gert contacted me only because I posed as a new customer. And the lies he told me was just unbelievable my dad confirmed that no email was send no direct phone number was handed out and no feedback was given to him the day he went to H/O and spoke to Gert. Worst of all they did not know their phone lines were off for a week. I reported it to Gert after he tried phoning the numbers. Just pathetic.

Bad Service
We don't internet since 2022-05-11 10:51 PM Accorcing to Cool Ideas it is on Vumatel side. We pay for a service which we don't receive.

Our Internet is down from 2022-05-11 10:51 PM. We contacted them I the don't call back to explain when we will be up and running again. We pay for a service which we don get.
