I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I have received from your company. This complaint is in reference to a booking and subsequent refund request for the upholstering of a steering wheel, originally scheduled for the 2nd of September 2023. To provide a comprehensive overview of the situation: 1. Booking Confirmation and Quotation Follow-Up: - On the 22nd of August 2023, I confirmed a booking with your company for the upholstering of a steering wheel. - On the 25th, I followed up on a quote that I had requested. - On the 29th of August, I followed up again, as the quote was expected by the 28th. 2. Booking and Workshop Closure Inconvenience: - By the 30th, I received an informal quote via WhatsApp and proceeded to book the car in for the 2nd of September. - On the 2nd of September, I contacted Danny to notify them of my visit to the workshop. It was then communicated that there would not be sufficient time for the service, as my booking was set for 13:00, and the workshop would be closed by then. 3. Refund Agreement and Unfulfilled Promises: - Due to the inconvenience caused, I requested a refund, which Danny agreed to on the 4th of September. - Despite numerous assurances and promises by Danny to transfer the money, as of the 22nd of November, I have not received the refund. 4. Lack of Response to Follow-Up: - On the 16th of November, I sent another follow-up regarding the refund, and I am still awaiting a response. This prolonged delay and lack of communication are highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I have been patient and understanding, but the continuous empty promises and failure to fulfill the agreed-upon refund are beyond frustrating. I expect prompt attention to this matter and an immediate resolution. It is disheartening to experience such a lapse in customer service from a company that I initially chose for its reputation and presumed reliability.

Good Day I asked Danny to re-upholster a Tub chair in genuine leather They came and picked up the chair and they asked me to give them a deposited 6 Weeks later and Danny will not take my calls, nor answer my WhatsApp calls His phone number is +27 63 554 5711 He is listed on a Google busuness and I have read a few reviews where he has done the same too others

Ask him for a physical address and go there to prove that his business is really situated there and do not pay them upfront. See your goods delivered 1st before even making a payment Honestly I regret having done business with him to begin with. My couch was in need of repairs but not at the cost of the stress this man has caused me and the finished product was amateur and not worth the trouble at all. Money down the drain is how I would describe this.

I handed over my seats and R5k deposit for this company to re-upholster my seats. This Transaction was made in March 2020. Till this day I have not seen my seats. He moved location without letting me know. I was promised a refund 2 months ago but still haven't received anything. He is a Scam and will steal your money and seats.
