I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I have received from your company. This complaint is in reference to a booking and subsequent refund request for the upholstering of a steering wheel, originally scheduled for the 2nd of September 2023.
To provide a comprehensive overview of the situation:
1. Booking Confirmation and Quotation Follow-Up: - On the 22nd of August 2023, I confirmed a booking with your company for the upholstering of a steering wheel. - On the 25th, I followed up on a quote that I had requested. - On the 29th of August, I followed up again, as the quote was expected by the 28th.
2. Booking and Workshop Closure Inconvenience: - By the 30th, I received an informal quote via WhatsApp and proceeded to book the car in for the 2nd of September. - On the 2nd of September, I contacted Danny to notify them of my visit to the workshop. It was then communicated that there would not be sufficient time for the service, as my booking was set for 13:00, and the workshop would be closed by then.
3. Refund Agreement and Unfulfilled Promises: - Due to the inconvenience caused, I requested a refund, which Danny agreed to on the 4th of September. - Despite numerous assurances and promises by Danny to transfer the money, as of the 22nd of November, I have not received the refund.
4. Lack of Response to Follow-Up: - On the 16th of November, I sent another follow-up regarding the refund, and I am still awaiting a response.
This prolonged delay and lack of communication are highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I have been patient and understanding, but the continuous empty promises and failure to fulfill the agreed-upon refund are beyond frustrating.
I expect prompt attention to this matter and an immediate resolution. It is disheartening to experience such a lapse in customer service from a company that I initially chose for its reputation and presumed reliability.
