Follow up on Car Zone refusal to refund for non delivery

Car Zone is still dealing on WhatsApp. They consent that I can put an update on HelloPeter every two weeks, They do not seem to perturbed that I am accusing them of *****. They do not seem to be perturbed about me getting legal advice and they do not mind if I put out a new web page for them.

You have admitted to received the money, you promised to deliver the part, then you promised to refund me, and nothing has happened so far. You now leave me no option.
