Car Zone is still dealing on WhatsApp. They consent that I can put an update on HelloPeter every two weeks, They do not seem to perturbed that I am accusing them of *****. They do not seem to be perturbed about me getting legal advice and they do not mind if I put out a new web page for them. Following up with my first review of Car Zone, I have to report that there has been absolutely no progress. All I get is promisees or no response at all. Needless to say they do not answer the telephone either. I have no spare part that I have paid for, and I do not get my money back. I have screen shots of out WhatsApp interaction to back up this statement. Unfortunately the system forces me to give them one star, but they are not even worth that. Everything they state on there web site about how good they are, has been proven to be totally untrue. All they have managed to do is to **** an old age pensioner out of R950. Got a quote from Carzone Auto Parts 21 Knights Road, Germiston, for a vehicle body part on 7 February 2026. Document no 2026045. I delayed the order to see if I could get better courier prices, but with an updated quote on 14 February 2026, Doc no 2026212. I did an eft on 15vFebruary 2026 and gave them the delivery address. A response came to give me a waybill the next morning. No waybill. Get a message on the Tuesday: [15:55, 2/17/2026] +27 62 107 3166: Good day , the light was has just been picked up . Second time I ordered through them. Got what I wanted at the price I was prepared to pay, (somewhat cheaper than elsewhere) and received my goods as promised in time and in good working order. Can thoroughly recommend them.
Poor customer service with delivery from Shein. Please send e-mails to SHEIN <shein@edm.za.sheinemail.com> to complain about bad customer service from Aramex and advise then not to use them in future.
No proper supervision, careless handling of furniture by staff causing endless scratches and dents as well as chipped damage. Owner/driver is unrepentant and seems to be one man band moving between sites with Uber. This leaves you waiting till the move suits him. He left a truck with 3 workers in my daughter's driveway for a number of hours till after 7 at night with no way to close the driveway gate. Absolutely no peoples s****s and does not seem to care what you say or think. Do not use. He is cheap but you get what you pay for.
I upgraded my adsl account to 4Mbps after seeing an ad that gave me a media box for free. First I struggled to get my service going after spending 3 hours on 4 calls mostly hanging on for a service consultant, then I finally get my media box delivered after 7 weeks and now I must pay extra to get the media box activated. I complained but got no joy from the technical or accounts department. When I requested to speak to a manager, he/she was conveniently in a meeting and would call me back. I am still waiting. As all calls are recorded I want Telkom to listen to what was promised and honor their agreement, otherwise it leaves me no option to find an alternative service.
