Caramellos Restaurant in Preller Plein, Bloemfontein is the best in all dimensions. The food and drinks, super great. The staff members and the service, WOW, WOW, WOW... I lack words ...... THE BEST YOU CAN EVER FIND IN BLOEM!!!!!!
