No jewels in Carbon Black Auto's crown...

I withdraw my original review of praise and gratitude. Crown has let me down! Eight months of empty promises to rectify an issue identified on day one. Whilst test-driving the vehicle, an issue was highlighted, and Crown immediately committed to taking care of the problem. He even noted the problem. Back and forth WhatsApp queries have been met with nothing but empty promises! Extremely frustrating, and unbelievably disappointing!!
