No jewels in Carbon Black Auto's crown...
I withdraw my original review of praise and gratitude. Crown has let me down! Eight months of empty promises to rectify an issue identified on day one. Whilst test-driving the vehicle, an issue was highlighted, and Crown immediately committed to taking care of the problem. He even noted the problem. Back and forth WhatsApp queries have been met with nothing but empty promises! Extremely frustrating, and unbelievably disappointing!!

Classy Carbon and Crown Without a doubt the most beautiful showroom ever! If you have any doubts about Carbon Black Auto, they will disappear when you enter the showroom. It is car heaven! Although the showroom screams expensive and only for the rich, they absolutely cater for anyone and everyone. Whether you are buying for two hundred thousand, or two million, the level of service and professionalism is the same. This is a well oiled machine. From security at the entrance, to back-office staff, and everyone in between, the service is friendly, helpful, and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for these folks. Each client is their most important client. We were helped by Crown. He was attentive, and went out of his way to ensure our happiness. He is a credit to the industry. Thank you Crown for top-notch service! Thank you Carbon Black Auto for going the extra mile (with a smile). Let Carbon Black Auto take you for a ride. It will be your best ride ever.

De Beers is De Best
10 out of 10 for De Beers Meubels. Their after-sales service is fantastic. We recently bought a beautiful "old farm-style" dining room table from them. The service during was pleasant. Their service after, was most impressive. Baie dankie André. Dankie dat jy so vinnig en positief gereageer het op my probleem/klagte, en nóg meer indrukwekkend, dat jy dit uitgesorteer het binne ure. Well done! Ek sal julle met plesier aanbeveel ( wat ons in elk geval doen agv ons beroep). Sterkte vir julle!

Discovery-ing that Life doesn't matter, money does!
Phoned Discovery Life about a month ago for a quote for Life cover. Spent 46 minutes on the phone with Discovery Life consultant (name eludes me). Very polite. Very professional. Covered everything including my health conditions that may affect cover. I was told I would receive a confirmation email (shortly), as well as feedback within a day or two. My application would be forwarded to the underwriters, who in turn will make a decision, and then inform me of same. Well, needless to say, I have not heard a single word. Not one word. Written or telephonically. Nothing! Really extremely disappointed. Feel discriminated against due to medical conditions beyond my control, and even worse, for very poor service from the industry giant!

Perfect shot...
<p>Darren's' team (Greg and Siya) came out to Parys to re-cover and "service" my full size snooker table. From the first point of contact, Darren's displayed absolute professionalism, total competency, and a very clear knowledge of their service/product. They are clearly experts in their field. Their after-sales service, and service-delivery follow-up leaves you impressed and satisfied. Wow factor!
I was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident. I was hit from behind<br> at top speed (while standing still at a stop sign). So much so, that my<br> headrests deployed (like airbags) to protect my neck. Everything turned out<br> ok in the end.<br> <br> The reason I opted for the specific package that I currently have with<br> Matrix, was for the \crash alert\" function (never thought I'd get to test<br> it). I am on the road a lot, and like many, I fear that one \"freak<br> accident\" where you land up in the veld, and nobody sees you or your<br> vehicle until it's too late.<br> <br> No sooner had the incident taken place, and Matrix phoned to enquire as to<br> my situation. At that point I was feeling and experiencing so many<br> emotions, yet the \"wow\" that immediately followed that call, left me<br> feeling very protected.
