This company's service is absolutely non existent. Our practice has been without a working terminal for an entire week. Each time I phone the card connect call centre, i wait 10 minutes before the call is answered and each time they just escalate the query. The agents do not come out to fix the terminal - and this is a brand new terminal being rented for a premium of R500 a month. Before we were advised upgrade to the rental agreeement, we purchased one of there machines that just one they stopped working. They just said sorry they are waiting for feedback from manufacturer in China. I am seriously considering cancelling the contract! If you have an option do not use this company - your business will suffer!!!!!
