What a bad experience, I am a subscription customer, and this is not the first time that I have experience bad service. There is no loyalty towards subscription customers. The staff is unfriendly and not very help full. Subscription customer can jump the line like they advertise and must wait for non-subscription customers to be help first. The lady at frontline and gent who was on the hose and who called met some name stopped me when I wanted to move forward to get my can washed. I have complained onsite, and it was like let the customer rather cancel and I have canceled my subscription. I have left and my car was not washed, I have even returned the water and air freshener and the supervisor have taken it with a smile, something that I believe I have paid for already with my subscription. I believe that Caresso is not for white customers because customers with color do get preference, and this is not the first that it happen to me. Ok Elto-Towers OK have also loosed a customer now because every time that I was there to wash my car, I have spent some money in OK. I have even spoke the manager on the phone and he was also not very helpful. I cannot recommend Caresso to anyone and will rater spend my energy by informing everyone what bad service Caresso gives to white customers.,
