What a bad experience, I am a subscription customer, and this is not the first time that I have experience bad service. There is no loyalty towards subscription customers. The staff is unfriendly and not very help full. Subscription customer can jump the line like they advertise and must wait for non-subscription customers to be help first. The lady at frontline and gent who was on the hose and who called met some name stopped me when I wanted to move forward to get my can washed. I have complained onsite, and it was like let the customer rather cancel and I have canceled my subscription. I have left and my car was not washed, I have even returned the water and air freshener and the supervisor have taken it with a smile, something that I believe I have paid for already with my subscription. I believe that Caresso is not for white customers because customers with color do get preference, and this is not the first that it happen to me. Ok Elto-Towers OK have also loosed a customer now because every time that I was there to wash my car, I have spent some money in OK. I have even spoke the manager on the phone and he was also not very helpful. I cannot recommend Caresso to anyone and will rater spend my energy by informing everyone what bad service Caresso gives to white customers.,

I have made a payment for my vodacom account at a third party this month due to Vodacom store that was still closed. Well after several calls and emails. (in one call they confirmed that they see the payment notification.) Well the payment sill does not reflect on my account and vodacom cal every day to inform me that I still nedd to pay. Well I did pay (I have actually payed more that the amount owed) I know it is lockdown and I believe lockdown will be your reason for this bad service. I don't want to know your reason for this bad service I just want you to correct your error.
Ek het 'n nuwe Lenovo G50 intel core I5 van Computer Mania gekoop. Die Rekenaar is so stadig... my ou dos386 in vining in vergelyking met die rekenaar. Dit hang gedurig..... Ons aanvaar dit so en beweeg na binne.<br> Die kinders vra of hulle melkskommel kan bestel, waarop die kelner net antwoord nee.. half kortaf, die kinders bestel toe \soda floats""; hy lig my in dat ek moet wag en hy nou by ons sal wees. 10 min later roep ek 'n ander kelner. A.g.v die krag wat af is rook dit binne die restaurant en my dogter het begin sleg voel; sy kry asma. Die 2de kelner vertel my ook om te wag... ek se toe ek kan nie wag nie. Ek stuur my vrou en my dogter uit; wag nog 5 min vir die kelner; waarop hy vir my vertel dat floats word so gemaak... nee ou maat ek het al baie floats bestel. Dit was 'n uiters swak ondervinding; as die krag af is;hoef kwaliteit en diens nie ook af te wees nie."""
I made a payment to MTN 07/07/2015. For some reason they don't see that payment. I have now sent 3 time proof to the Tygervalley Branch and still this is a non solved issue. I wonder why? Maybe you were to busy striking and now due to your strike I have a lot of problems. Sort this out.

All of the sudden Vodacom increase my monthly fee. I have a 24 month contract with a amount the we have agree on upfront. You can not just increase as you want. I will not pay it. I made a call to the Call Centre, the second time spoke to Ruben and he tell me that he cannot will not log a query? This will be my last contract with vodacom. Vodacom score 0 out of 10 from me.
