My partner rented a Toyota for 10 days. After a day his plans have changed and he needs the car for three days only. CarRentals.com now won't issue a refund for the 7 days whereas most other car rentals do albeit at a higher cost for each of the 3 days. This is a ripoff and breach of contract if compared to a year ago. WE WANT A REFUND FOR THE 7 DAYS, or I will without hesitation, take this matter further!!!. Really DISGRACEFUL service from CarRentals.com
