Misleading Dealer Listings and Lack of Accountability from Cars.co.za

I bought a vehicle advertised through Cars.co.za, trusting their platform to feature reliable dealers. Soon after the purchase, the car developed serious engine issues, and the dealer stopped responding completely.

When I reported this to Cars.co.za, I was referred to their terms and conditions instead of receiving real assistance. This left me feeling unprotected and disappointed.

Cars.co.za should do more to vet dealerships and support buyers who encounter dishonest sellers listed on their site.
