Carter employee lying and untruthful

Wish there was a 0 rating on this thing....

I have been trying to Contact Zandile Dlamini for almost 2 months to get her to cancel an application that they made without our go ahead and till today no communication back.

This is utterly ridiculous and this will cause me to get my lawyer involved.

This application is making things very difficult for us to do anything at our bank and is ruining our scores.

I would suggest she contacts me urgently and sends proof of the cancellation as soon as she can before things get ugly with lawyers involved
