This is getting ridiculous.... They bully you to pay on the 25th.... you pay... then comes the 28th. And they deduct the money again... Now you get messages stating you need to pay... this is seriously the baddest service i have had. I want a manager to call me... i want my money back or they will have to fish their router out of the Dustbin..... i am serious.... i am fed up with rain... Then someone contacts you via WhatsApp and tells you when you need help ask... and when you do you find out they have blocked you... Rain needs to pay me back or i cancel
I Need help.... I logged a return a while back. And it was declined. I explained what was happening and no one wanted to listen. I got the Tablet back and now I'm sitting with the same ****** problem. Now I'm going to ask you what are you going to do about this? And be sure that i will be posting this on every place i can too... If this is the service you give to your customers, then i am very very disappointed. I will suggest that either you contact me and fix this. Or get a manager to contact me. Because this service is seriously up to ****.
Wish there was a 0 rating on this thing.... I have been trying to Contact Zandile Dlamini for almost 2 months to get her to cancel an application that they made without our go ahead and till today no communication back. This is utterly ridiculous and this will cause me to get my lawyer involved. This application is making things very difficult for us to do anything at our bank and is ruining our scores. I would suggest she contacts me urgently and sends proof of the cancellation as soon as she can before things get ugly with lawyers involved
I sent a product back because it was not working. They collected and then told me the return was denied and parcel will be sent back. I have asked numerous times when it will be delivered back as i need the product to do my work and they just don't answer. Tumiso.L is the person that mailed me to say denied and will be delivered. No communication on my responses. Tried calling and there is an automated voice saying " office hours 07:00 - 18:00 and call drops. I have been calling since 07:20am. If my parcel isn't delivered TOMORROW will have to resort to getting lawyers involved as i paid a lot of money for this tablet. Call a client back ... Very unsatisfied with this service.
Temu should use a different courier company. GFS Express is the worst courier Company they use. Rather use buffalo they are more reliable
Wish there was a 0 star rating on this thing. I don't know how a courier company like this is still operational. Order showed out for delivery since 23rd August... and now it is 27th August still no delivery. If you call they either keep you on Hold for 5 min and then the call drops. Or if you call then the calls just drop. Temu should really get a different courier company as this is one of the Worst courier companies out there.
So for starters. You contact them and you stay on hold for ever... then when you actually get through to someone, they say that they will get back to you... uhmmm... NO they do not!!! I have been contacting them for almost 3 months in regards to cancelation on my 2 devices and getting only 1 better device... every time i am promised that they will contact me and till today NOTHING!!!! This is utterly ridiculous and very unfair.... Hope they see this and contacts me urgently....
This is daylight *******!!!! Not Only do they not help you or call you back as jou ask. They now want to charge you a full month after you have paid and asked to upgrade... I requested a Manager to call me numerous times, but they ignore me. The people on the phone talk to you like they dont want to assist you. This is nonsense. Call me Urgently to sort this out or i will get ombutsman involved
I Need a MANAGER to call ME!!! In 30 min If you call the either they don't answer and keep jou on hold for 15min. Or they just don't help you!! This is getting ridiculous.
Rain is Useless.. Quick to take your money but never ever communicates. You ask to speak to someone higher up and they escalate and you never hear from them again. I just lost it wit the employee JANE. Who i explained to that they billed me twice in the same week. And now they want me to pay another R3240 again. This is unacceptable i cannot express how angry i am. She told me i can make a payment arrangement. But how do they want me to pay the amount they debited wrongly again. She told me its my own fault. I cannot believe this is how RAIN treats their clients. Utterly Useless!!! And i hope they see this and i hope they contact me because i will be waiting... with my lawyer!!!!
