I purchased a vehicle that has had ongoing mechanical issues which have not been fully resolved despite multiple attempts at repair. The most concerning unresolved issue is an accelerator performance fault, which affects the drivability and safety of the vehicle. Although the dealership has shared images indicating work done, the core issue persists. I have escalated the matter to the Motor Industry Ombudsman, however I have not received feedback addressing the accelerator issue specifically. Communication and follow-up have been inconsistent, and I am still without a clear resolution or timeline. As a customer, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I am requesting urgent engagement from management to resolve the mechanical defects and provide clarity on next steps. I hope this matter can be addressed professionally and without further delay.

Steady decline of service levels and focus on customer retention. Bought in 2019 and 2023 new cars. Started engaging again with the Carrfer team on a car advertised which was then said to be discontinued. I check daily. It's still advertised at the wrong price. Communication sucks. The Chery dealer side in particular, linked to Chery Bronkhorsprut led by Wilhem... Terrible customer service and client rention plan. Moving away from them.

Dear Carter Rosebank Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the handling of the recent purchase of a 2025 Suzuki Baleno by Mrs. B.M. Montana. It appears that your dealership took advantage of her vulnerability. From my observation, you recognized that she is not well-educated and used this to your advantage, which is unacceptable. My primary concern is that the insurance policy was never properly explained to her. Isn’t this the responsibility of your finance team? Was this overlooked because the deal was closed by Nthabiseng and therefore no further care was taken? This raises a serious question: how many other customers have fallen victim to such treatment and behavior? I believe this reflects poorly on your dealership’s commitment to ethical practices and customer care. I expect a detailed explanation of why this happened and what steps you will take to rectify the situation and prevent similar occurrences in the future. Please treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves.

Wish there was a 0 rating on this thing.... I have been trying to Contact Zandile Dlamini for almost 2 months to get her to cancel an application that they made without our go ahead and till today no communication back. This is utterly ridiculous and this will cause me to get my lawyer involved. This application is making things very difficult for us to do anything at our bank and is ruining our scores. I would suggest she contacts me urgently and sends proof of the cancellation as soon as she can before things get ugly with lawyers involved

Wish there was a 0 rating on this thing.... I have been trying to Contact Zandile Dlamini for almost 2 months to get her to cancel an application that they made without our go ahead and till today no communication back. This is utterly ridiculous and this will cause me to get my lawyer involved. This application is making things very difficult for us to do anything at our bank and is ruining our scores. I would suggest she contacts me urgently and sends proof of the cancellation as soon as she can before things get ugly with lawyers involved

Worst service by Carter Rosebank. Bought a car with them and they promised me two free services but it was all a lie because when the time came for service they changed the story and said the car is just over 15k kms and they won't be able to service it and all service plans with them will be forfeited. They are a **** and everyone should get their Suzuki somewhere else.That Rosebank branch is run by ************* folks.
