Very bad experience with Carta as I bought car from them on finance delivered on the 30 APRIL 2026. They delivered a car with low batter keys and sound on wheels while i was informed the car is 100% service. I was told the car has dim windows, but that is not true. When starting the car, the key error always show on screen prevent me to see other error. I have addressed the matter to them but they are failing to answer even their calls after a complaint. I found it ridiculous that a company of their calibre can fail to resolve client issue. it is like if you took it, forget about help. This is very frustrating to a customer who has to pay for 96 months but given something on less value that what will pay for. My number is 084 288 0006
Yesterday I went to Engen Petroleum at Shoprite centre in Kempton Park around 15h15. On my arrival was attended by a guy who poured petrol in my diesel car(CHEVROLET 2.8 Diesel) after was given a very clear instruction of diesel. I stopped him and manager what called. There was only 1 solution for garage to get the mechanic to drain off the diesel. In no time the manager was gone and was left with the guy and mechanic. I took them 3 hours to drain the diesel. My 20l diesel that was in the car was wasted and my time of 3hrs was wasted. Was not able to go to work where my shift was starting at 15h30 because they only finished the draining of diesel at 19h00.I was not re-imburse for my wasted diesel nor time that I wasted in that garage for such a big risk whole 3 hours. The management does not want to own up for the full mess up that happened in that garage as they say they cannot re-imburse. Now I have so many question. Our cars are not safe under this type of attitude. Management fails even to compensate for the damages or losses. I lost diesel that was mixed and could not go to work as i had to stay there.
My name is Nkosithethile Dada, known as pastor Dada. I reside in Boksburg and have built a backyard rooms for renting. Before installing electricity in the apartment I called Ideal Prepaid Company(year 2016) to contract electricity metres per room and the electrician from Ideal Prepaid came and inspected. They adviced that a cable from mainhouse would be sufficient to have all metres installed correct, no need for a DB box. After electricity was installed, Ideal Prepaid was advised and electrician installed metres and they were all working. On Monday, 09 October 2023, i requested mantainance of metres as was requested to pay callout fee of R650 as my metres are out of warranty of which was paid. On arrival electrician told me there is really nothing they can do as metres were incorrectly installed in the first place and he cannot do any mantainance. I am asking myself endless questions of why were they installed in the first place, why was i advised that there is no need for DB box to be installed and now they want it and at whos cost will this whole work be redone. This is frustrating and so unprofessional from a company like Ideal Prepaid of not taking responsibility on their misleading information. I spoke with Tracey Wessels several times but she is not willing to assist at all. Not sure if this is the way Ideal Prepaid rob their clients. Why must I incur additional costs on their unprofessional electrician. Now I am told they cannot help on mantainance while I paid callout fee and metres installed on their recommendations. Very unprofessional that I have to lose clients due to their unprofessional work.
I was called and informed about my loan account with capitec that i have interest being overcharged. The said they want to help me lower the interest that i have been experiencing. I asked if this is debt counselling or not and the answer was no, asking them if I will have to pay them or not the answer was no. I was then requested to sign the document with understanding that this is just a proof that I know they are helping me clear this unnecessary interest with capitec bank of which i signed. We then concluded that they can help as long this will not affect me with the bank in terms of payment and length of payment. I was then transfered to someone to confirm the details of which when I asked the same questions and the person rep**** honestly that the term will be increased and I will have to pay Debt clear. I have tried by all means to contact DC to stop what they are doing because i can afford my own installmnts without their interferences. This is ridiculous because they want to make money or of me and spoil my credit with the bank. Before they even start working on this, they must stop, I don't need their service. How on earth should they lie in order rob me of what i knew was gonna get me into problem knowingly. I am not struggling to pay my loans please, they must stop getting involved on something that has nothing to do with them. can someone resolve this without my money being taken as all consultants are no getting back to me. I was admitted at Botshelong Hospital from 02-05 May 2023 for a procedure. Fine the procedure was done and all went well. Huge problems i have now the billlings were not correct and have to deal with medical aid who has used all my saving to pay doctors. I tried to contact the hospital with no luck and I ended up going there myself and they promised to come back to me. The risky part is that I can't use my medical aid anymore since they used it to pay incorrect bills. Upon insuring the car was informed to take photos of the car and send them through to validate insurance around April 2021. We have just been involved in an accident where the car been damaged and I logged a claim as a normal procedure after accident. What is frustrating now is they are not willing to replace some parts of the car, bumper and some other because they are claiming that they have been in an accident before and poor workmanship by the first buyer buyer of the car. I had email going back and forth on why were these not mensioned when I was taking insurance because there was no way i can see this with my naked eye. Why was i not informed that if the car was ever spray painted before i will not be covered by insurance. I find this so unprofessional because i don't have a car and instead of they working on my car they argue about work that was done before. The worst they are not even answering my calls or emails about the matter and car stuck with panelbeaters. If you take insurance for the car, they put it straight that all information supplied will determine the premium and I stated clearly car is second hand and not sure about accident before because it does not show. My name is Nkosithethile Dada and I am using FNB SIMCARD. I am having a very terrible experience with FNB simcards connections. I took the contract with their branch in Boksburg CBD, on December 2018 of R250.00 per month. I was informed that the calls are unlimited with 100 sms and 100 mbs of data. In the year 2020, september the contract was cancelled without any notifications while i was on a call. Contacting them I was told that i have breached the contract and i am now on prepaid. I requested that I may be reinstated and the answer was not but they couldn't even give me clarity on what I did breach, I was then given an option to move to R399.99 of which I did in December 2020,,,,,,,this was that it has 200 calls unlimited for same number, 200 mbs of data and 100 sms, then contract was cancelled on 31 December 2020 saying i breach contract....I was then given an option of moving to R470.00 package of which was explained as unlimited, then today i was kicked out. In all these packages there is no way that I could have gone over 200 calls in any manner. Why is fnb doing this to it customers. Why are we informed about something but get something else? Why are people victimised? This is really not fare with the service of this bank at all. . i signed for the car and the car was not ready for me to take with( non roadworthy and back door was not fine. 2. I was never informed about any balloon payment, only it was explained to me that balloon payment is for accidents. upon showing my brother these documents at home, i got clarity of it of which is not what we agreed on. 3. They are not telling the truth about work related issues, i couldn't take the vehicle because it was not roadworthy and doors still have the same problems. -On the 18/12/2020, around 08h30,, i came to your warehouse to check if the car is ready and you confirmed that the car is not ready,,,,,you then said I can take the car for test drive for now of which I did. 4. Vehicle was taken for test drive on the 18/12/2020 and the agreement was that I must leave the vehicle at my workplace at same time and autopedigree will come and take the car. The guys of autopedigree took the car at my work place same day( your tracker can testify on that). i drove the vehicle from Brackenfell to Kraaifontein as test drive., it is lie that vehicle was with me from 30/11/2020 until 01/12/2020 as i never took the vehicle that day) on the 19/12/2020(saturday). i went back to check the vehicle and the car was still not fixed and no roadworthy. and could not take it, now they are threatening that i must take the vehicle while i am not satisfied with conditions of contract. Yes i signed the contract though i never took the vehicle .. Now they force me to take the vehicle with baloon payment...why so if it was never explained to me,, but was misled by a sales person.
