I purchased a Jaecoo J5 Vortex from Heycater BronkoinSpruit on 23 December 2025. Since delivery, the vehicle has shown serious safety issues: Noise from the steering Wind-like rattling noise inside the cabin, as though windows are open Extremely bumpy ride, driving as though it has no shocks Rear speakers not functioning despite being advertised with a 4-speaker system On 14 February 2026, I drove 306 km to BB Omoda in Polokwane seeking assistance, but was refused help and warned about third-party sales that “always revert back to the dealer.” After weeks of back-and-forth emails, the vehicle was collected on 16 March 2026. I requested the assessment report, job cards, quality check documents, and service manager details. To date (20 March 2026), five working days later, no feedback has been provided. My emails have been ignored, and I only know the vehicle was taken 357 km away to Sandton, without any communication on findings. This lack of transparency, failure to provide documentation, and silence from the dealership violates my consumer rights, particularly my right to be informed about the condition of the vehicle I purchased and am paying for. The dealership’s conduct has broken trust and undermines confidence in the automotive sector.

I logged a complaint about the company 2 weeks ago and a week later on the 27 march I was called by a guy called Marko who assured me they are looking into my issues and will investigate to give feedback by latest Wednesday 01/04/2015 , until today I have not get a response from auto page instead they are debiting my account , I did mention that I want my refund and that contract had expired I wish not to renew it but want it cancelled ASAP.<br> Please I want my refund and cancel the contract which is over the 24 months agreed terms, I want nothing the to do with Autopage.
I had a contract with Nashua Mobile and when the closed they moved some of the accounts to Autopage, that where the night mare stated, I had not used my contract number since July 2014 because I lost the sim card during relocation. 5/11/14 I realise some one had got hold of my number and is using the line I immediately called the call Centre to report the matter, requested them to block the line and send me the itemised billing , I was then advice the matter will be referred to the special unit for investigation and that I will be refunded. Well to my surprised end of November amount over R1000 was deducted off my account, I tried calling the call Centre with no luck been on hold for more than 45 min then redirected from one agent to the other then I was told someone will call me back, December the same thing happen about R800,00 was deducted again, same in January I kept trying to get hold of the call centre still with no luck no help, eventually on the 3/2/15 I manage to get hold of Keneloe Tsotsotso who confirmed she can see on the system I made contact but my line was not blocked as requested, she will block it (4-02-2015) and refund, aft numerous email s to her no feedback.
