Poor communication and lack of feedback on Chery deals advertised, as Chery Brits. If you're big on advertising, then be big on customer satisfaction and service levels.
Shocking service or customer care level. Very poor communication. A lot of excuses made by the salesperson that he's waiting for the FP etc etc etc... I was interested in their Chery brand. But now I'm walking away. The competition is just too great out there. Perhaps when numbers are low and budgets need to be met, sales people like these will backtrack to consistent customers.
Steady decline of service levels and focus on customer retention. Bought in 2019 and 2023 new cars. Started engaging again with the Carrfer team on a car advertised which was then said to be discontinued. I check daily. It's still advertised at the wrong price. Communication sucks. The Chery dealer side in particular, linked to Chery Bronkhorsprut led by Wilhem... Terrible customer service and client rention plan. Moving away from them.
FLM Gateway Corner is the worst when it comes to running promos or specials. It seems like they want to draw customers, then the specials conveniently ends, or they have the same item in their store at multiple locations at various prices (to trick customers I suppose), or the promo ends, like a month before the due date. We seem to have fallen prey to all of thee tactics. The latest is a frying pan PROMO where they issue stickers on a card for 80% off a frying pan. After spending 1000's and having the stickers collected, when presented at the till on the 30th Oct (promo ends 30th Nov), it was stated that there is no more stock. Their campaigns manager simply rep**** the same on email as well. What ****mers!

Shocking service and after repair service. Bad attitudes. Seems to be one of those family owned businesses with only their own interests at heart... Not that of the customer.
Hello, My wife and visited the Pharmacy (Dischem Thatchfield) on Monday 05 August 2024.The usual +20min wait later, with 1 person serving customers from behind the till (seems to be the usual slow service all the time), my wife had to put up with Henry's rude smug self. My daughter needed some personal care meds or advice and he remarked very abrasively about what she should take despite my wife giving reasons why she cannot take that. We reported to Lebogang Mokoele, the manager. Although he's a polite person, he didn't take our details down or even our phone number to give feedback after he addresses our concerns with his Henry person. Personally I hate that branch and only go there because we live in the estate. HENRY MUST FALL. Someone from your group should acrually look into the Google and online reviews about this branch and Henry. The public should not have to put up with a person such as Henry and/or poor service levels. I will be supporting your biggest opposition and I won't stop there. I'll raise the alarm bells against this individual and this branch. P. S FOCUS MORE ON MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER CARE TRAINING Regards Mr J Earnest
Dealt with Anthony and Farouk from Lifestyle Centre Centurion. Hopeless feedback on a chair complaint from a R6000 dining set dating back to 16 Dec 2023. Faulty chairs. Some replaced but 1 chair keeps being sent back in a worse condition that the last time. O Close to 10 times. Poor response. I even asked for the CEO info and they didn't feedback. Lack of professionalism. I've bought a few items from them in the last 2 months but they lack customer service and support skills.
I started asking questions to get the service I want and I suddenly got blocked from their Facebook page. I couldnt send messages.
REQ000003659241 Not solved as yet. Issue is going on for weeks on end. Nobody at MTN posses the knowledge or customer service skill to solve this outstanding query. Its a business contract that's worth R35000 (36mnth) but SOLOMON MONYELO, NATASHA MAKHATHINI and NOZIPO MPUNGOSE don't seem to give a damn. Solomon said that it's best for customer to feel frustrated so they can complain and MTN can see how frustrated their own employees are because of working remotely.. Blah blah blah blah blah.!!
Will never use this service again. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed with service delivery / presentation /customer service etc. A total rip off for the price paid. They didn't even put the message on a card that was selected online. 5th March, delivery for my wife's birthday, to KZN. Also items selected were not even put together, its was all loose and individually supplied, with a blank cheap tag. A dogs breakfast will be presented better.
