Lies are being sold with your car.
I am very dissatisfied with the car they sold me. I bought a car from them a year ago, was promised the excellence of the car, bought on an extra service at an extra rate plan and maintenance plan. A year later ( please note the car is new to me even though it was a second hand car) the amount that I had to pay for things going wrong with the vehicle is at R6000 the last month. They sell you a car that is at the border of roadworthiness so their hands are clean and you are left with issues. When I tried to get some information about my car and stating that I am unhappy a service lady got super irritated with me and I was promised a call back to sort this out and never even got the call back. I feel ****med. Very dissatisfied and will never refer this car dealership to anyone.

They allowed my BMW R1200GS to be ****** from their showroom area. A person shows up for a test ride. They didn't keep his car keys as I instructed them, they didn't take a copy of his drivers licence or ID. The person arrived in a car with a trailer and a driver, he didn't bring a helmet. That is serious negligence for lack of a stronger word.
