I purchased a vehicle that has had ongoing mechanical issues which have not been fully resolved despite multiple attempts at repair. The most concerning unresolved issue is an accelerator performance fault, which affects the drivability and safety of the vehicle. Although the dealership has shared images indicating work done, the core issue persists. I have escalated the matter to the Motor Industry Ombudsman, however I have not received feedback addressing the accelerator issue specifically. Communication and follow-up have been inconsistent, and I am still without a clear resolution or timeline. As a customer, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I am requesting urgent engagement from management to resolve the mechanical defects and provide clarity on next steps. I hope this matter can be addressed professionally and without further delay.
I have no resolurion to my issue. I requested a cash trip and paid the driver. He marked the trip unpaid and my account says i still owe the amount. I have reached out for help and they keep saying the situation is resolved but it is not. I can no longer request until that is resolved or uber eats. I am afraid they will be losing out on my business until this is resolved.
I app**** on Friday 17th January and had the superfast option and was able to provide them access to my bank statements via Online banking. Today is Sunday and still no funds. I opted to use this because it was supposed to be fast and aid an emergency I had on Friday already. I am extremely disappointed because the selling point was "superfast option to get the amount in a couple of minutes" but 72 hours later I am still left to dry and figure it out.
They keep deducting money for an order that never arrived. They have done it twice now and no product.
Pick n Pay Asap needs to give me my full refund. They only delivered an item for R199 then the rest went missing. I paid R541.94 . They decide to give me a refund do R109. Do the math!!! At this I regret giving them a second chance because they have din this to me before.
It's refusing for me to cancel both on their app and their website. I call their agents and they refer me to their app or website.
Standard Bank Menlyn reversed my debit orders all because of a mistake they didn't pick up on their side. Client should not be liable for any charges if they had a mishap or did a miscalculation.
I've been trying to cancel my contract since June 2022. It's now the end of August and still hasn't been canceled and they still trying to deduct from my account. What must I do?? I sent an email to customer service and their Retentions but no luck. I'll have my lawyers look into this if this isn't resolved.
Pic N Pay ASAP They deducted money from my account but no goods were delivered. I sent an email to get a response, was promised an investigation but still no feedback. Definitely will not be using it again nor recommend it to anyone. Wish to take this up with the Ombudsman because I want my money back.
They are refusing to give my sister her mother's documents. They busy giving us the run around and not answering our calls now.
