Ongoing Vehicle Defects and Poor After-Sales Support

I purchased a vehicle that has had ongoing mechanical issues which have not been fully resolved despite multiple attempts at repair.

The most concerning unresolved issue is an accelerator performance fault, which affects the drivability and safety of the vehicle. Although the dealership has shared images indicating work done, the core issue persists.

I have escalated the matter to the Motor Industry Ombudsman, however I have not received feedback addressing the accelerator issue specifically. Communication and follow-up have been inconsistent, and I am still without a clear resolution or timeline.

As a customer, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I am requesting urgent engagement from management to resolve the mechanical defects and provide clarity on next steps.
