Refused to process a refund

Left me stranded at Cape Town Airport as First Car Rental refused to ise my virtual credit card for witholding deposit or any other alternative payment. My refund request was referred back to booking agent which is cartrawler. Mohamed keeps sending automated email response with no further assistance. They steal people's money with unethical technical terms and conditions.
