on the 7th July 2022 i purchased a CANNON printer model TR 4540, the device stopped scanning documents in January of 2023, I was advised to re install the software and drivers which was done, still not scanning the printer was then returned to the store from where it was purchased CARTRIDGE DEPOT Newmarket Alberton as requested by the store manager. the store manager tried to get it to scan with no success it was then sent to there head office who have now taken over 2 weeks to make a decision whether to refund replace or repair.
