hi all you good people, we ordered KFC on line from oour local branch, when we went to collect our order,it was ready sealed and waiting for us. however when we reached home and unpacked our order the quality of the food was NOT what we useally get from them. 1) the mash had very little gravy 2) the fries where dry 3) the chicken was tough and dry 4) the flavour was if they they didinnt add any spices,very bland. we called the complaint line and where told that we should have checked the order before leaving the store ( how is this possible) So we will neve,r never support KFC again ever.
Hello all you good people, a few weeks go we went to ECONO FOODS in Newmarket shopping centre, we wanted to purchase our fafourite chicken cordon bleu pieces. sady they where out of stock. well one of the crew members THEPHO kindlly offered to call us once the store recieved stock, well a few weeks later i recieved a call from THEPHO saying that they had now recieved stock. WOW what a superstar,now thats what i call customer service. give the man a BELLS
this afternoon my wife and I drove to the store to purchase some engine degreaser; in the parking area we picked up a brand-new key, obviously dropped by a customer while walking to their vehicle. we went to the reception counter to hand the key; in case the customer returned to the store. well, we could NOT locate a single person in the store to give the key to. furthermore, we did NOT find a single sales assistant to help us with our purchase, there were plenty of staff members walking up and down in the store, but we could not find one to help us with the engine degreases in that isle. since the last time i was in that store it has detreated considerably on stock, service & atmosphere it now has no appeal. So sad! I thought it was covid 19 again.
Hi all you good people, I was looking for a replacement Big Blue water filter housing as my one had developed a crack, the company that I originally purchased the filter from told me that they were no longer available, and I would have to purchase a different type of filter, as they did not import the Big Blue units from China anymore. so, I started to search for a similar unit and found The Water Warriors in Alberton A gentleman by the name of Kyle said that maybe he could help me. but i should bring him a sample of the broken one. well Kyle went out of his way to find me a Big Blue housing that I could use to replace the cracked one that i had. well Kyle looked in his storeroom and found a few secondhand ones that fitted my housing perfectly, Kyle was an absolute gentleman he even gave me a filter cartridge to fit the bigger housing at no charge. thank you so much Kyle you are one in a million

once a month we take a drive out to Lynca meats to purchase our monthly pork meat, we also go into their little restaurant and have lunch, wow the food is so fresh and tasty i had their pork curry & Pap, what a big serving and very tasty, my daughter loves the burgers & eisbein is to die for.
The STANDARD BANK CALL CENTRE you can never get to talk to a consultant, the automated system just says your call is important to us, please hold. 45 minutes later and still hold for the consultant to assist. So sad, I am now seriously looking at moving banks. Sent from my phone

on Saturday morning i tried to contact the oncology department at Discovery, the operator that took my call was very efficient and most helpful. he told me that the oncology department only works on week days from 08h00 to 4h30, but he would log a urgent callback from the department for Monday morning the 5th June at 08h00 in order for me to to discuss my needs. today is Tuesday 6th June at 12h15 PM. guess what ! I am still waiting for the call. am I surprised NO not at all. well done Discovery
