Disgusting from KFC Bracken Square.
Bad service from KFC Bracken Square. They ran out of salt, and they were selling all the product without salt. When I asked them why, they only told me the salt is finished. I think this is disgusting for such a well-established brand and company. Nobody lifted a finger to make a plan to have salt delivered or bought from a nearby retailer like Checkers, just to improvise. But no, all customers were served food for the rest of the afternoon without salt.

very bad experence with complaint line
hi all you good people, we ordered KFC on line from oour local branch, when we went to collect our order,it was ready sealed and waiting for us. however when we reached home and unpacked our order the quality of the food was NOT what we useally get from them. 1) the mash had very little gravy 2) the fries where dry 3) the chicken was tough and dry 4) the flavour was if they they didinnt add any spices,very bland. we called the complaint line and where told that we should have checked the order before leaving the store ( how is this possible) So we will neve,r never support KFC again ever.

Dried out, flat and rubbery zinger fillets
Once again not happy with the quality of the food, previously I let it slide but no more. I normally order the zinger burgers, but for awhile now it has become pathetic. The zinger fillet is so flat, dried out/hard, and taste like rubber when eating it. Now the prices has gone up but the food quality has gone down. Please we are paying for this, its not being given for free.

Once again not happy with the quality of the food, previously I let it slide but no more. I normally order the zinger burgers, but for awhile now it has become pathetic. The zinger fillet is so flat, dried out/hard, and taste like rubber when eating it. Now the prices has gone up but the food quality has gone down. Please we are paying for this, its not being given for free.

Rotten food and low quality food
I am so tired of this store taking advance of costumers. I keep getting the worst service and I am sick of it, now they are serving us rotten food. I bought a twister which had almost no meat in it and the tomato was rotten. This is so sad and very disrespect. Something needs to be done, this store is the worst ever.
