I am so tired of this store taking advance of costumers. I keep getting the worst service and I am sick of it, now they are serving us rotten food. I bought a twister which had almost no meat in it and the tomato was rotten. This is so sad and very disrespect. Something needs to be done, this store is the worst ever.
I am reporting MTN for the second time. They seem to be unable to assist me with a simple cancellation of a faulty contract phone that I had to sign up over the phone because of their bad service. This is ridiculous, over 6 weeks of no responce and the consultants at the shops can't assist with anything.
Applied for a contract on the 21/11/2015 and was told that it takes 24-48 to process and I will be contacted as soon as possible. Feedback not received so I decided to go to the shop to find out what the exact procedure is. Sipho the consultant who assisted was just seating and did not bother assisting me as a client. One of consultant checked on their system as to how far my application is and he confirmed that it is still in processing three days later which is not the policy according to my knowledge.
