CARTRIDGE WAREHOUSE WESTERN CAPE - BRACKENFELL
We buy our cartridges from them and they have been able to assist us immediately every time. Neil and Cornel make sure that I don't have to drive too far to collect, so they first check if there are cartridges available at the nearest branch that is convenient for me and if there is no stock at that branch, they send stock there.

Servicing Refillable Printer Cartridges
I'd like to recommend said Business, for well above average, service. Apart from friendly and excellent service, over the counter, the personel stand out, head and shoulders, above most other businesses, because they RETURN CALLS and FOLLOW-UP with clients, when out-of-stock situations occasionally, occur. They will also endeavour to squeeze the last bit of life, from a refillable cartridge, instead of being quick, to sell a new replacement!

Cartridge Rubbsih Warehouse
Please exercise extreme caution when buying generic replacement cartridges from this business. For a "saving" of R500 you will be able to print absolutely nothing with this rubbish. If you are going to sell clone anything, it should at least work. I was unable to print any useable pages with any of the 4 cartridges purchased. Not one page on any setting. BUYER BEWARE. Rather go and buy the overpriced original ink. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.

Please exercise extreme caution when buying generic replacement cartridges from this business. For a "saving" of R500 you will be able to print absolutely nothing with this rubbish. If you are going to sell clone anything, it should at least work. I was unable to print any useable pages with any of the 4 cartridges purchased. Not one page on any setting. BUYER BEWARE. Rather go and buy the overpriced original ink. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.

Honesty
<p>My printer cartridge software on my PC alerted me that my colour cartridge was empty. Took it to Cartridge Warehouse in Sonstraal Heights. I left it there for him to fill, however on my return, he confirmed that the cartridge was still full and not necessary to fill up. Thank you for your honesty!!!! Companies like this will go far and I will recommend them to all my contacts!!</p>

Selling defective equipment
Bought Black ink cartridge from cartridge warehouse and after I took it back to be refill the first time I was told that the cartridge has been refilled 4 times and cant be refilled. Now my color cartridge was apparently opened by me and is all so a fault with. Me as person do not even know how to open the cartridge let alone that you can open it. Not very ethical business practice and public should be warn about there practices.
