Why do you have a callcenter and an email adress. All falls on deaf ears and I am now getting super ANNOYED that I can't speak to a person. For over a week I have held on calls, sent emails and I just get ingored. Shocking Samsung!!!
This bunch deserves zero stars. I sold my Toyota to buy a brand new Hyundai i10, which I received in March 2025. Within two months, the car's gears started sticking, and eventually it got so bad that I had to tow the car into Hyundai. The car's not even seven months old. I was told that the clutch was human error. For goodness sake, I've been driving for 30 years. How can you tell me a brand new car has a defect by human error, and they refused to pay the towing as it wasn't under guarantee. This is a six-month-old car. Dealer principal, been emailed three times, absolutely no response from Hyundai South Africa at all.

I went to Volpes Cape Gate yesterday on behalf of someone to buy bedroom linen. Immediately on my entrance to the store Kerwin approached me. He gathered everything for me in a few minutes and even went as far as to get me a trolly from another store to assist me carry my goods. Excellent customer service - give this man bells!!!!
I took my daughter for her first experience to Build a Bear Tygervalley. Iviwe who assisted us was AMAZING, but only to find out there was no stock of the bear she wanted, then no stock of the boxes, The printer in the front of the shop was not working. Her sound box broke within 2 minutes of leaving your store. First experience which cost R1234 was NOT enjoyable. Come on, its Christmas - STOCK YOUR STORE
I am considered to be a "Private Client" with FNB. On 3 April 2024 my entire salary was de*****ed out of my account. To this day - 30 April 2024 I have hardly managed to speak to an actual person. I received a feedback mail from them stating that "out of goodwill, they might consider refunding my account" to which nothing has happened. I have emailed my Private Banker in excess of 3 times now asking to follow up or to provide me with feedback. Nonetheless, I have been ghosted. THEN, someone tried to de***** me AGAIN this weekend. This time the bank picked it up. Where were they when my salary was swiped out of my account. They speak about me sharing an OTP or whatever in March, BUT I am unable to make any transactions without either a pin or accepting the transaction on my APP. HOW did this happen and WHERE are they now??? I want my money back!!!!
