Quantity and quality manipulation

They are starting to manipulate the "oats n krrunch cookies" biscuit size and quality!!! We buy it every week and today I noticed the change!!! Half of this pack is visibly smaller then the rest and the quality is not how it normally is. It's very disappointing to see how companies downgrade once they reach a high customer mark. Quality and quantity downgrades, it's manipulation and crockery at its best.

They must know what they are doing because why would a machine with a specific cookie cutter (which I assume they cut in bulk) suddenly cut some of the biscuits smaller then the rest. It's wrong!!!
