"HI" under bash sent me a defective samsung cellphone. It starting jumping as soon as I switched it on. It then switched off with difficulty to switch on. There is no way they couldn't notice that the phone didn't work!!!! It's obviously a total ****! I'm sure they hoped that I might do something to break the warranty then they can still get rid of their defective stock. It's more like a reject, that's my opinion. Mind you it was my daughters bday surprise now she's got to wait once again. Still waiting for them to collect it. Don't disappoint yourself by buying electronics from them.

Waited for a long time for a delivery of a swingball and charcoal that was supposed to be used for a party even thought the "out for delivery" showed before the party, the delivery arrived 2 days after the party. It is very disappointing that Makro did not deliver on their own time schedule but what is more disappointing is that they delivered today without a care to even explain why the package is so late. Don't order from them if you need your packages on time.
These people are horrible. Strict with their rules but money hungry. To the point where even if you follow their rules to a T, they still want to push you into default with poor service so that you can pay extra penalties. I paid my account a week ago but received an sms now that it is due tomorrow, imagine the fact that its already paid. This is absolutely appalling and thievery because they have my money in their account but act like its not there and they didnt update the app. I emailed all kinds of proof and is waiting now for a response. I will 100% delete them out of my life. Payflex is 100 times better. Stay away from Pay Just Now. SA companies looking for loopholes to distort money from SA citizens.
Ackermans service agent couldn't be bothered to help, they just keep on referring me to Tenacity but it's their account that I paid. Tenacity are absolutely horrible with service delivery, they don't give you service in order for you to default on payments. A total ****. I paid my Ackermans account about 2 weeks okay via Ozow. I used my bank account number as the reference instead of my ackermans account number for my payment. So for my payment to be linked to my name I've been emailing and calling Tenacity (accounts department for ackermans) for the last 2 weeks without any help. They just keep on saying they want an sms from my bank app. Which I explained can only be sent during the moment you're making the payment and not afterwards. I have my bank statement, screenshots and everything, even the bank account reference showing its paid from my account but they say its not enough proof as to it being my payment. I am totally shocked and flabbergasted during this "festive" season, how big legal companies get away with money from SA citizens. Worst people out there. Don't ever trust them. I didn't receive the order nor did I receive a refund. They are a complete ****.
They are absolutely horrible, the biggest money takers out there. They take your money then ignore your emails. The contact number doesn't even work. Avoid avoid avoid...I needed skin ointment very urgently, it's been weeks with no response. So heartless that they won't even communicate. It was easy to take the money, now they are just gone. Akamai SA/Beeglow (supplier) are selling expired goods to the public through Makro. I bought sweet celebration fondant from Makro, it expired long ago so because of them I was unable to bake a cake on time. Very poor service from AkamaiSA when liasing with Makro too. Stay clear when seeing that suppliers name on Makro.
They are always absolutely slow, typical South-African service. I 100% prefer Buffalo couriers above Imile because at least they match China's quick service. Very poor service, they delivered to me many times and it's always the same case. So no matter how much Shein/China rushes to get their deliveries out Imile will delay the whole process in Ekuruleni (Gauteng). I wish China can just send Buffalo with my orders.
