Horrible place
I am so dissapointed with this establishment, I visited them recently asking to host my 30th birthday party. The gentleman could not assist me and told me a manager would be in contact with me I did explain it is urgent as I need to send invites. The email arrived with added extra costs and so many limitations on what we could do at the party with a sum of 40 people. They were rude and unhelpful and the extra costs of just having people in the resturant is daylight *******. Would not reccomend at all this place for any gathering or event. Run down and rude and *********** staff.

This restaurant was a lovely place to visit Food was delicious and staff freindly Service was of top class and the entertainment set the mood This was a very romantic evening out,fresh air and beautiful fairy lights Definetly worth every cent spend...and also have a spa and accomodation

Casa Toscana Proposal Package
I planned my proposal with Casa Toscana (dinner, gazebo, flowers and photographer included). Everything went well with the proposal but a few days later I was informed that the photographer could only retrieve 2 out of about 8 of the photographs taken during my proposal. None of the photos of me getting down on one knee or the moments leading up to moment were retrieved. I was refunded the photographer portion of my payment. But that’s nothing compared to what I lost out on. I trusted these people with capturing one of the most important nights in my life and I am disappointed.

Casa Toscana Proposal Package

PATETIESE DIENS VANDIE BLOU HOND EN CASA TOSCANA
My vrou en ek het kraatjies bespreek by Die Blou Hond vir Manie Jackson wat sou plaasvind. Weens die COVID-19 is die optrede gekanselleer, maar met ons navraag om die gelde vir ons vertoning kaartjies en ete terug te kry, was ons gevra om asseblief bietjie te wag tot hulle weer "oop maak" en dan kan ons die kaartjies gebruik vir enige ander vertoning. Ons het dit duidelik gestel ons stel nie belang in ander vertonings nie, slegs Manie Jackson se vertoning. Geen reaksie van hulle in ontvang. Nou nadat ons op level 1 is het ons weer navraag gedoen insake die terugbetaling van ons gelde. Dit is nou reeds ses (6) maande wat ons wag. Weer is ons geantwoord hulle is besig om 'n ander datum te kry vir die vertoning. Ons het geantwoord en gese ons stel nie belang om verder te wag nie, dat ons gelde asseblief aan ons terug betaal moet word en dat ons wanneer en indien daar weer 'n vertoning van Manie Jackson by Die Blou Hond, Casa Toscana - dan sal ons net weer bespreek. GEEN terugvoer of enige reaksie van hulle nou reeds vir meer as twee weke alweer. Is dit hoe Die Blou Hond en Casa Toscana hulle gaste behandel? SWAK, SWAK SWAK!!!!!!!!

Casa Toscana Lodge - Excellent Service
For anyone planning a wedding, please consider Casa Toscana Lodge as a wedding venue. We had our wedding at this venue. Both my Husband and I were working abroad, arrangements were made via email, with one week prior to the wedding to meet and make final arrangements. Casa Toscana nailed it!!! The staff were amazing, especially Chantelle, the Event Planner. She is a true professional with amazing suggestions. The venue is well decorated already saving alot of expense as wedding venue decorations can be ridiculously expensive. They also have rooms available so guests were able to stay over. For those who did not stay over, Casa Toscana is well situated so it was easy for them to Uber to and from the venue. Needless to say, a party was HAD!!!!! Thank you Casa Toscana. I cannot sing your praises high enough. You really did take the stress out of the minefield of wedding planning.
