Bad service & ignoring complaint.

This USE to be a go to place for good food and service. Unfortunately I have been let down. I have also sent in a complaint on the 30th of August. I think 2 weeks response time is more than generous to get feedback on a complaint. Yet U have had no feedback to my complaint. I expect a LOT more from a premium restaurant.
