VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE ETC

If I had my way, I would not even give them a 1 Star rating. In the more than 20 years that I have been going to this Casbar, this is the worst place to go and eat. The service is none existing, the staff are rude and useless. We went to Casbah last week to order a Pizza, we were told 1 hour which we said was fine, when we came back we were told another 45 minutes which is unacceptable. We were told that there were other customers in front, which is BULL, when we got there, there were no other customers. The food is not even what it should be and the menu is not what should be for a Casbar Roadhouse. Unless there are new owners / management/ staff, I will not be going back and I will not refer anyone to this Casbar. I am not the only one feels this way. RUBBISH SERVICE
