I am writing to confirm whether a payment of R1,722.50, made on 25 July 2025, has been received on your end. I have attached both the transaction confirmation and the filtered bank statement for your reference.
Unfortunately, I must also express my disappointment regarding the conduct of one of your call centre consultants. When I contacted your contact centre to follow up on this payment, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour from the consultant. Rather than assisting me courteously, the consultant engaged in inappropriate commentary during the call, which was unacceptable and uncalled for.
This experience was deeply concerning and reflects poorly on your organisation’s commitment to professionalism and customer service. I trust this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent recurrence, as such conduct can alienate loyal clients.
