I logged a refund on 13/08/2025, and to date, I still haven't received my refund. I sent a watsapp to the 084-555-5585 number and was told they will get back to me within 24/48 hours, and I didn't get an update. Now I am told to wait 14 more days to get the refund. How ?

When I contacted your contact centre to follow up on this payment, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour from the consultant. Rather than assisting me courteously, the consultant engaged in inappropriate commentary during the call, which was unacceptable and uncalled for. This experience was deeply concerning and reflects poorly on your organisation’s commitment to professionalism and customer service. I trust this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent recurrence, as such conduct can alienate loyal clients. I look forward to your urgent confirmation regarding the payment and your feedback on how this service concern is being handled.
It is with great sadness that I am writing this complaint. On the 29th of April, my mother took my brother's groceries to Postnet in Meadowdale to be delivered. However, to this day, his groceries have not been delivered. We trusted your courier service, but you are failing us. How long does it take to deliver goods? This is my second post complaining about the same thing. I have never been exposed to such second-hand service, On the 10th of February I made an immediate payment and to this day the payment is still missing and I am not receiving any feedback from Capitec. How long does it take to recover R1000.00? Worse why are you unable to provide feedback on where my money went? I trusted the bank to send money, but I am dealing with ******* and customer service consultants. Bring back my money
Is it with such disappointment that I am writing this complaint, 10/02/2025 I made an immediate payment at 14:27 from my savings account "Savings for future". I was later told that the beneficiary didn't receive the funds, to my surprise as they received the second payment made to the same beneficiary and that payment went through. I am not receiving voluntary feedback from Capitec I need to chase feedback. Yesterday was the last day and still my money is nowhere to be found and Capitec is not advising me on the way forward. I need that payment resolved today
Cash send not available upon withdrawal (voucher can not be redeemed) , I called the call centre and even went to the branch they told me my money would be reversed within 48 hours but I am still waiting. It has caused an inconvenience on the person I was sending the money to. Please assist
It was a great pleasure opening the account and the approval process was very fast. However, after collecting the card and trying to make a purchase my transaction was unsuccessful and I had to go through the authentication process 3 consultants hung up on me and I did one verification it didn't go through. Then I had to re-send my ID and 3 months bank statement only to be told 3 hours later that I couldn't make a purchase and needed to return to the branch today after hours on the phone and being cut off more information needed from me. I left the store tired and unhappy as I needed the goods I wanted to buy.
Ever since I opened the Cheque account I have noticed monthly inquiries on my Experian Credit Report - I have called the contact center for assistance as I'd like to know are there these inquiries. I received a service request no 7053879713 and since then I haven't heard anything from the bank. Please advise.
They don't even deserve one star, the service is appalling and consultants are the worst. Salfina as the manager knows nothing about accountability. I logged a dispute on Transunion and the collections company informed me that Letsatsi would get the communication from Transunion and then forward it to Blue Oceans for action. I have been on the phone the whole day with them and no one is eager to help with my request - the consultants and supervisor are the worst people to work for that company, Agnes, Caroline, and Salfina deserve to be booted out, they will bring that company to its knees. Remove me from the credit bureau
Dispute TU20230920-000040-01 I logged a dispute with Transunion on 01/09/2023 reference number TU20230901-000402-01, Blue Oceans didn't acknowledge the dispute. I contacted Transunion and they said they awaiting feedback from Blue Oceans, followed up with Blue Oceans and they said they hadn't received anything. Logged another dispute in the hopes that they will action this one reference number TU20230920-000040-01, when I called Blue Ocean the lady I was dealing with now is busy and can't take my call, sent an email and it has not been acknowledged. Please assist as I need this default removed.
