Highly recommend Cassims & Co (Jewellers) Mall of the South - interaction 4 July 2021

I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptionally professional service rendered by this Jeweller. Edward, pleasant and attentive assisted me by helping me choose the style of letters. I had engraving done on a baby brooch, the order was completed- but I realised later that the spelling I gave was incorrect. For the jeweller - It was no trouble at all, he eagerly redid the engraving at no cost to me! It looks beautiful and of great standard! I’m so glad for their WHATSAPP communication - this helped me correct my error immediately. The quality and standard of craftsmanship was awesome! They surely take pride in their work. #WIN
