Very happy customer.
I received excellent service from Cassim & co. I ordered online and within 2 days my watch was delivered to me. It was exactly how it looked online.Cassin & co even send me a written message thanking me for my support. Thank you Cassin & co for the great service. I will definitely recommend you to anyone.🙂

Highly recommend Cassims & Co (Jewellers) Mall of the South - interaction 4 July 2021 I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptionally professional service rendered by this Jeweller. Edward, pleasant and attentive assisted me by helping me choose the style of letters. I had engraving done on a baby brooch, the order was completed- but I realised later that the spelling I gave was incorrect. For the jeweller - It was no trouble at all, he eagerly redid the engraving at no cost to me! It looks beautiful and of great standard! I’m so glad for their WHATSAPP communication - this helped me correct my error immediately. The quality and standard of craftsmanship was awesome! They surely take pride in their work. #WIN

cassim and co selling fake goods
cassim and co mall of the south they are blady thieves and crooks I sent my watch in to repair the glass as it broke, they replaced it but with a fake glass that wasn't designed for that specific watch we sent our watch in to the company it self and sent us a report stating that the battery that was replaced was not a proper battery for that watch and that the glass that was replaced was fake and that if we had to use it any time longer the watch would have stopped working completely as it was a water proof watch and the seals weren't on properly cassim and co to this day refuse to give us our money back due to them selling fake products

DON'T SERVICE YOUR WATCH THERE!!!
I had my Tag Aquaracer serviced by Cassims & Co (Previously known as Cajees) . My Watch came back in a worse condition then it was given in. One of the links were distorted out of shape and my clasp was loose such that the watch does not close anymore. I am most saddened as the store refuses to accept liability. They have asked me to pay R1200 to fix my clasp!!!! Not to mention that this was after I had already paid R1500 for the service. The Clasp WAS NOT broken when I handed it in. Interestingly enough, when I handed my watch in for the service, there was another client in store that was complaining and dissatisfied. I should have turned around at that time and taken my watch back. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE OR EVER RECOMMEND THEM.
