They were most accommodating to my requests and needs and concerns. They rep**** quickly and timeosly. They have a proper business and hence able to reach them pn various numbers. Not that I needed to, but it was certainly reassuring. I had a special request which they went beyond the call to accommodate me . Thank you
Candice Lawson at cartrct was a knowledgeable employee who was able to understand my concerns and escalate it prior to me having to ask . Great foresight and initiative
DO NOT purchase a Hyundai i20!!! The quality of aftercare warranty service exceptionally pathetic and makes no sense at all. The stitching on the passenger seat of my 65 year old mums new Hyundai i20, which I must add is hardly used is coming out. The Hyundai was purchased in June 2021 and currently has a mileage under 12000kms. Thinking that its a new car, we contacted the warranty department at Hyundai The GLEN. We spoke to Sello, who stated that I need to pay R926 for the "TECHNICIANS TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM". They are unable to advise me with the aid of pictures if the stiches fall under the warranty or not. I was told that I have to pay the R926 for them to diagnose whether its under warranty or not. So basically, once you purchase a Hyundai, you will not get any assistance with regards to your warranty unless you pay a rather exorbetant fee of R926 to determine if its under warranty or NOT!! Absolutely distasteful and pathetic service. Our first Hyundai purchase, will definitely not invest in Hyundai ever again. Furthemore, head office offered no response to my query.
I had my Tag Aquaracer serviced by Cassims & Co (Previously known as Cajees) . My Watch came back in a worse condition then it was given in. One of the links were distorted out of shape and my clasp was loose such that the watch does not close anymore. I am most saddened as the store refuses to accept liability. They have asked me to pay R1200 to fix my clasp!!!! Not to mention that this was after I had already paid R1500 for the service. The Clasp WAS NOT broken when I handed it in. Interestingly enough, when I handed my watch in for the service, there was another client in store that was complaining and dissatisfied. I should have turned around at that time and taken my watch back. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE OR EVER RECOMMEND THEM.
