Complaint Regarding WikiDeal Purchase – Casuarina Wellness Centre
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with a WikiDeal purchased for Casuarina Wellness Centre (The Cape Royale Luxury Hotel).
Earlier this week, I bought two vouchers with the intention of surprising my sister for her birthday tomorrow. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts by myself and another person to contact Casuarina Wellness Centre at 021 419 4700 throughout the week, our calls went unanswered.
When I finally managed to get through earlier today, I was informed that the centre is fully booked for tomorrow. This is extremely frustrating, as it was impossible to make a booking earlier due to the lack of response. To add to the disappointment, I also sent an email to coupons@wikideals.co.za requesting guidance but did not receive any reply.
What was meant to be a special and memorable birthday surprise has instead turned into a very disheartening experience.

26 Sept 2025, 12:34Based on an email send on Tuesday as proof of communication, we were accommodated in the last slot at the spa on Saturday. It is surprising that we received this booking after being told there is no space. We are just thankful that the birthday celebrations planned will be a reality.
