We purchased a couple spa voucher for the 21st/09 as that was my birthday , and my sister’s birthday, the following day.
The booking was confirmed on the 4th/09 however they called us the day before we needed to go to say they’re busy with renovations for the whole month of September.
Thereafter we could not get ahold of them telephonically to change our booking dates.
Deeply disappointing
Now we’re having trouble getting our refund as it was via a 3rd party.
