excessive handling fee

Ordered products but had to return it, beware this business charges a 20% handling fee which is excessive, not sure how a business can justify such a high handling fee, IT'S A RIPP OFF ! Many many other businesses to choose from I won't support this specific business EVER again

the handling fee is written on the invoice and is on the terms and conditions on our website.
its 20% as we had to driver to you and back with cost money , the R340 Fee hardly covers the transport and driver fee.
there was nothing wrong with the item we sent you , you ordered it and returned it so we reserve the right to charge so handling fee.
