From the initial discussions with Amith and genuine advice on layout to materials and many discussions in between as well as the after sales support from Catherine/Mark/Caroline I am pleased to say everything has been sorted professionally and on par. Thank you to everybody involved. Looking to many more wonderful years to enjoy my new kitchen.
Useless, the new 'owner' Ryan simply does not answer WhatsApp messages regarding a refund. beware when doing business with them Even though I specifically ordered a different item, they deducted funds without showing me the initial order...refund has been outstanding for 2 weeks +
Useless, took my money then in the week of supposedly delivery get a mail to say their supplier has no stock. Look elsewhere and don't waste your time ordering from them. Loot get your house in order, verify with your supplier they have stock like any other retailer before taking a customers money
Great experience interacting with Christo van Graan. Patient, kind and knowledgeable. Always willing to assist and were kept up to date throughout the interaction , an asset to the team and company. Service orientated and a rarity these days, keep up the good work Christo !
Ordered products but had to return it, beware this business charges a 20% handling fee which is excessive, not sure how a business can justify such a high handling fee, IT'S A RIPP OFF ! Many many other businesses to choose from I won't support this specific business EVER again

<p>I recently had to put in a claim for damaged audo/video equipment that was damaged by power surges we experience in the area where I stay. From registering the claim to collecting the equipment to finalising the claim was a smooth hassle free transation. Lebogang throughout the proccess as the liason kept me up to date in a friendly and polite manner. We often forget that front line staff normally take the punch with rude and abusive customers.
