Broken Item

Good day,

I bought the Catrice Demi Matt 090 from Dischem at Haasendal Gables (Cape Town, Western Cape) . Catrice is one of my favourite brands and this far i haven't found a single item I didn't like.

Unfortunately when I eventually wanted to put on the lipstick a few days later i noticed that the tip of the lipstick atick was smudged as if someone tried to turn the lipatick out while it was still sealed. It wasn't a trainsmash but also wasn't ideal as it is a new product and I would have wanted it to be perfect as any one would when buying a new item.

I decided to use it anyway as it was only the tip of the lipstick that had been smudged (so I thought) but when i applied the lipatick the whole lipstock broke off. Now I am unable to use it as when I open the lipstick the whole bullet comes out as well.

I am really disappointed as I am a big fan of Catrice, I use their foindation, concealer, liquid lipstick, lipgloss and a few other products and this is the first time I have come across something like this. It makes it difficult to purchase any lipsticks from them as you can't opem the lipstick in store to see if it is in correct shape as it it sealed.

Unfortunately i have trown the slip away as I didn't open or use the lipstick straight away.
