I MADE A BOOKING FOR THE IST DECEMBER FOR THE BUFFET LUNCH. I SPOKE TO SHANNON AND ASKED HER IF WE CAN GET A WINDOW SEAT, AND SHE CONFIRMED. WHEN WE GOT THERE THE WAITER SHOWED US TO A NON WINDOW SEAT, I ADVISED HIM THAT I MADE A BOOKING FOR A WINDOW SEAT. HE THEN CALLED THE MANAGER, AND SHE SAID THAT UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO WINDOW SEAT. I TOLD I SPECIFALLY ASKED FOR THAT. SHE IN TURN TOLD ME THERE MUST HAVE BEEN A MIS COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE STAFF. WE SAT DOWN AND I ASKED THE WAITER WHO THE MANAGER IS, AND LO AND BEHOLD, IT WAS SHANNON THAT TOLD ME THERE WAS A MISCOMMINCATION BETWEEN STAFF, AND I MADE THE BOOKING WITH HER. WE THEN SPOKE TO SEBASTIAN AND HE OFFERED US A COFFEE, WHICH WE DECLINED, AS WE ATE TO MUCH. I ASKED THE WAITER IF I CAN HAVE A CHOCOLATE FONDANT AS A TAKE AWAY, AND WHEN I GOT HOME I WARMED IT AND IT WAS JUST A DRY CHOCOLATE CAKE. I ADVISED SEBASTION ON THE 3RD AND SEND HIM PICTURES OF IT. HE MAILED ME BACK ON THE 3RD, ADVISING ME THAT HE WILL SPEAK TO THE OWNER AND WILL REVERT. AN APOLOGY WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE WITH ME, BUT NO APOLOGY FROM SHANNON THAT **** IN MY FACE, OR THE OWNER.
